heavens me. my last journal entry was from july 2003?
wonderful.
well, since then, I've stopped (outwardly) being a hyperactive retard, so there's at least one improvement for you. oh, and I cut my hair. a lot. there's a foot-long ponytail sitting on my desk as I type this. it was more than a bit frightening, but it's a lot easier to handle now, so.
anyway, I haven't started anything new in a long time. but, with some help from my good friends serotonin and oxytocin (provided lovingly by a certain scotsman...) I'm feeling the creative tingle in my loins again. AND THAT'S NOT ALL!
so last night I started working on a new wraith action figure. if all goes according to my preliminary sketches, it will have three body segments, at least five tail segments, a joint in the shoulder, elbow and wrist, and each of the fingers of the wing. when I'm finished, I'm going to rotocast each of the pieces individually in resin so they're light and hollow, and then I'll attach fabric to the wings somehow. this will be quite an undertaking... and if I'm not prepared I'll just pretend to be to get this accomplished. I'm pretty determined.
so they're powerwashing the deck right now and it's been really loud for two days, but I barely notice it anymore. it finally got nice out after being in the mid forties for like a week and a half. thirty degrees below average during my favorite month of the year is more than a bit infuriating.
I should get back to work, but some utter fuckmook packed away my torch somewhere so I have to use candles, but they leave pretty hefty soot on my tools if I put them too close to the flame. on a lighter note, I also just ate a pork sandwich that I found on my futon this morning, I guess someone went to olympia diner when I was asleep.
fancy that.
ok time to get sticky, bye
what the hell's a footer for?
